Since the start, HR the Real Deal has hosted seven Summits, exclusive, non-sponsored gatherings designed for HR practitioners with real-life experience.
The Summits is a HR safe haven. No sponsors. No consultants on stage. No sales pitches. All speakers attend for free. We only charge participants to cover the cost of venue, food, and
beverages. Any profit is donated to carefully chosen charity, such as e.g. Läxhjälpen, Min Stora Dag.

The Summits focus on immersive learning and genuine networking, no breakouts or gimmicks, just engaging talks on stage and connections during breaks. Presentations aren’t recorded, preserving the unique value of experiencing them live with peers.
